Weekend to end breast cancer
FROM MY FRIEND ANDREA:
ok… so you guys should know already how much I hate group emails.
but you should also know how important fighting cancer is to me.
and in this case the latter outweighs the former and I am sending out a blanket request!On august 19-21st Mike and I are going to be walking 60km to raise money for the BC Cancer Foundation.
Specifically it is the "Weekend to end breast cancer"
One woman I know is currently fighting breast cancer - she makes me
laugh and smile and makes going to work a joy (and that is no small
feat!) Her sister just died yesterday of the disease.
I am walking for them. I am walking for others I know who are also fighting this disease.I am walking to raise money to help end all cancer. Please help support this journey:
